Subscription and application criteria

Subscriptions for new members covers the date that the new member joined up to 30 September, after such date they will be charged at the Ordinary member rate.

All membership subscriptions are paid yearly in advance.

The Club’s financial year commences 1st April and all subscriptions are due by the 30 September.

Regardless of the date of admission, new Club members must pay the full Annual Subscription and any other fees as set from time to time at each Annual General Meeting.

Subscriptions can be paid at the bar, or online.

All information on the Application Form is for the sole purpose of maintaining the Otorohanga Club Inc. Membership database. In accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act, personal information is not divulged to any other person without permission in writing by the applicant. Information on Application Form(s) found purposely false will automatically warrant cancellation of Club membership.

By applying for membership at the Otorohanga Club you agree to abide by the rules of the Otorohanga Club Inc Constitution. You can read the Constitution here.

Membership Application

To apply for membership to the Otorohanga Club Inc, complete the application form available at the bar or download the application for membership.

Once complete, please hand deliver to the bar staff with payment or email with confirmation of payment to: oto.club@xtra.co.nz

Guests of members or affiliates

Members can sign in up to three visitors at any one time.
Members are responsible for the conduct of visitors and must accompany their guests at all times.
All members must ensure their visitors sign-in and that the visitor is able to produce the slip while on premises.
Affiliated members may only accompany one visitor.
Larger visiting groups require prior approval from management.
